Third-Party Social Media Integration
We integrate with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads) to allow you to:
- Log in using your social media accounts
- Publish content directly to your connected platforms
- Manage your social media content calendar
When you connect your social media accounts, we collect:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- Access tokens to publish content on your behalf
- Publishing permissions you grant to our application
We do not access or store your social media passwords. All connections use secure OAuth authentication provided by the respective platforms.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information collected via our application for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.
- To facilitate account creation and logon process.

- To store and manage your content calendar and uploaded content.

- Social Media Platforms: When you publish content, we share your content with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) using their official APIs. This sharing is done only with your explicit consent and for the purpose of publishing your content.
- Service Providers: We may share data with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies

User Content Storage and Retention
When you create or upload content to our platform:
- Storage: Your content is securely stored on our servers to enable publishing and calendar management.
- Automatic Deletion: Uploaded content is automatically deleted 30 days after being published to your social media platforms. This helps us minimize data storage and protect your privacy.
- Manual Deletion: You can delete your content at any time before the automatic deletion period through your account settings.
- Unpublished Content: Content that you create but never publish will be retained until you delete it or delete your account.
Data Retention
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
- Published Content: Automatically deleted 30 days after publishing.
- Social Media Tokens: Retained until you disconnect your account or delete your account.
- After Account Deletion: All your personal data and content will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: You can update or correct your information through your account settings.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through our account deletion page.

Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account:
- All your personal information will be permanently deleted
- All your uploaded content will be permanently deleted
- All social media connections will be disconnected
- All projects and calendar entries will be permanently deleted
- This action cannot be undone
